PRODUCTS & PRICING
Prices are shown in local currency and you are charged in USD. Prices shown in other currencies are approximate estimates based on your location and may vary at your bank’s rate. We may update prices, product descriptions, and availability at any time.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
Orders are placed through our site and paid securely via Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed. If we cannot fulfil an order (for example, an item is out of stock or there was a pricing error), we will contact you to arrange store credit, an alternative, or a refund for that order.
SHIPPING & COLLECTION
We offer free collection at our listed pickup points in Grenada, and local delivery within Grenada for the flat fee shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary around Carnival.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final and we do not offer refunds on change-of-mind purchases. Eligible items may be exchanged or receive store credit within 7 days. Full details are in our Returns & Exchange Policy.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this site, including the Karniva’l Trez name, logo, images, and designs, belongs to Karniva’l Trez and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
