At Karniva’l Trez, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds.

Eligible items may be exchanged or receive store credit within 7 days of purchase or delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, in their original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For hygiene reasons, stockings, bodysuits, undergarments, earrings, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
